With nearly 20 years of working experience in business intelligence and enterprise application, he has been recognized as an outstanding expert in big data and business intelligence fields. As for development tendencies of big data and business intelligence as well as product technology evolution, he owns proactive and rich practical experience.

Before joining Yonghong BI, Henry He served as VP research and development in a well-known transnational business intelligence company. Under his leadership, the R & D team launched software products superior to those developed by competitors in ten consecutive years. More than a half of the global top 500 companies are loyal customers of such software, including famous enterprises such as Macquarie Bank, AT&T, Metlife, IBM and GE, and some well-known institutions such as W.H.O and United States Department of Defense.

All software used to win international awards for many times, including Jolt Awards, Java One Prize and JDJ Prize.

In addition to R & D of products related to big data and business intelligence, Henry He also has abundant experience in serving financial, telecommunication and energy sectors, etc..

Graduating from Northern Jiaotong University, he has acquired Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering. Over ten years, he has taken offices of R & D management in transnational enterprises of communications and software. Before Yonghong, he was a R & D Director of VMware Beijing R &D Center and succeeded in building a desktop cloud R & D team. In 6 years, the Center has grown into a high-performance group that had the ability to assume nearly half of core R & D work over USD 0.6 billion. In addition to two United States patents that have passed patent examination and he applied for independently, application for another 5 USPs has been submitted by him with others.

As an inter-disciplinary IT talent, he is considerably experienced in product quality and presides over software product quality assurance work for many times.

When She was in U.K., business intelligence research and project development have been conducted through cooperation with DR. Mark Whitehorn, an internationally distinguished expert in business intelligence field.

Now, he takes charge of big data processing product design and development and has completed R & D of multiple versions.
